How It Works

Details: After ordering, we'll email you a form to collect names, event date, seating assignments, and your image (high‑quality JPG/PNG, 300 dpi).

Proofing: You’ll get a proof via email within 72 hours. Check spelling, tables, etc., and approve it to start production.
Lead Times

Standard: Production takes 10–14 business days after proof approval.

Rush Orders: Ask us about rush options (additional fees may apply) before ordering.
Cancellations & Edits

Cancel: You have 24 hours post-order to cancel for a full refund.

Changes: Minor edits possible after proof approval (fees may apply). No edits once production begins.
